Manage Your Subscription
Upgrading
- Go to Profile > Subscription.
- Choose the plan you want.
- Confirm the purchase through your device’s app store.
Your new features are available immediately after purchase.
Viewing your current plan
Your active subscription is displayed on the Profile screen. It shows your current tier, billing period (monthly or annual), and next renewal date.
Cancelling
Subscriptions are cancelled through your device’s settings, not within the KeepStream app:
iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find KeepStream and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find KeepStream and tap Cancel subscription.
After cancelling, you keep your Pro features until the end of your current billing period. When it expires, your account reverts to the free tier. Your saved content is not deleted — you just lose access to Pro features.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices and your subscription isn’t showing:
- Go to Profile > Subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
This syncs your purchase history with the app store and reactivates your plan.
Downgrading
To move to a lower tier, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new tier after the current billing period ends. You’ll keep your higher-tier features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
If your subscription lapses
Your saved content stays exactly as it is. Nothing is deleted. You lose access to Pro features (unlimited audio, Insights, smart playlists, audio markers, Study Pack), but everything you’ve saved remains in your library and you can still use free-tier features.
