What to include

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. When reaching out, please include:

  • What you were trying to do. For example: “I was trying to play an article” or “I uploaded a PDF to my Biology course.”
  • What happened instead. What you saw on screen — error messages, unexpected behavior, nothing happening, etc.
  • Your device type and OS version. For example: iPhone 15, iOS 18.2 or Pixel 8, Android 15.
  • Is it reproducible? Does it happen every time you try, or was it a one-time thing?

For account and billing issues

Include the email address associated with your KeepStream account. If it’s a billing issue, let us know whether you’re on iOS or Android so we can check the right app store.

Response time

We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. If you reach out over the weekend, expect a reply by the next business day.

Bug reports

Found something broken? We genuinely appreciate bug reports. They help us find issues we might not catch on our own. The same information applies — what you did, what happened, your device, and whether it happens consistently.

Feature requests

Have an idea for something KeepStream should do? Send it to the same email. We read every feature request and they directly influence what we build next.
